● ½ tablespoon of TERANA ground ginger
● ½ teaspoon TERANA cinnamon powder
● ½ cup gluten-free oat flour
● Red fruits
● 2 egg whites
● 3 tablespoons of sweetener
● ½ teaspoon baking soda
● ½ teaspoon cream of tartar

1.Mix all the dry ingredients, for this you will have to place the ginger, cinnamon, cloves, oat flour, cream of tartar and sweetener in a bowl.
2.In another bowl, beat the egg whites with milk and once ready, gradually add the powder to your liquid mixture until it becomes a homogeneous paste.
3.Let it rest in the refrigerator for 10 minutes.
4.After this time, prepare the pancakes as you usually do.
5.Decorate with red berries and honey of your choice.
