Pasta with eyes

👁️ Delicious and spooky all at the same time! Our eyeball pasta is a treat you won't be able to resist.

- 500g minced beef - 1/2 medium onion, chopped - 1/4 cup breadcrumbs - 2 cloves garlic, minced - 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley - 1 large egg, beaten - TERANA salt and ground black pepper - 500g spaghetti - 1 1/2 cups tomato sauce - Oaxaca cheese, sliced - Sliced black olives

1. Preheat the oven to 200°C and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. In a large bowl, mix the meat with the onion, breadcrumbs, garlic, parsley, and egg. Season with salt and ground black pepper. Then form into 2.5 cm balls and place on the baking sheet.
2. Bake for 13 minutes, then place a piece of cheese and an olive slice on each meatball to create "eyes." Bake until the cheese is melted, 2 more minutes. Meanwhile, boil the spaghetti according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
3. Pour the sauce over the spaghetti, then place the meatballs inside.
