Halloween bloody pasta

If you're one of those who never miss Halloween and love the aesthetics of this holiday, feel free to add decorative touches like this to your dishes. We used black spaghetti, topped with a thick homemade tomato sauce and some mozzarella balls with black olives as eyes.

If you are one of those who do not miss 'Halloween' and you like the aesthetics of this party, go ahead and give decorative touches like this to your dishes. We use black spaghetti on which we place a thick homemade tomato sauce and some mozzarella balls with black olives as if they were eyes. + 400 g black spaghetti + 1 1 bottle of CIRIO crushed tomato + 1 onion + 8 small balls of mozzarella cheese + 8 black olives + 1 pinch of white sugar + 1 teaspoon TERANA garlic powder + Salt + Extra virgin olive oil

 

1. Peel and chop the onion very finely.
2. Sauté it in a saucepan with oil and when it begins to soften, add the tomato, salt, TERANA garlic powder and sugar.
3. Cook over low heat for 20 minutes.
4. Cook the pasta in boiling salted water and drain.
5. Serve the pasta on plates; Place the tomato sauce on top and finish the cheese balls with a slice of black olive.
