Fish with pepper and cumin

A delicious and practical recipe for enjoying pepper and cumin fish at home.

● 1 tablespoon of TERANA cumin powder ● A pinch of TERANA cayenne pepper ● ½ teaspoon TERANA crushed tree chili ● 4 grouper fillets ● 1 tablespoon olive oil ● 3 onions ● 4 cloves of garlic ● 1 green pepper ● 2 carrots ● 2 cups of chopped tomato
1. In a frying pan, sauté and stir the onions for approximately 3 minutes, then add the garlic and cook for another minute.
2. Add the pepper, carrots, and TERANA crushed tree chili and cook for 5 minutes over low heat.
3. Add the tomato and leave for 2 more minutes.
4. Reserve the pepper and blend the rest of the ingredients to create a sauce
5. Sprinkle the fillets with cumin and TERANA cayenne pepper on both sides and place them in the pan, cover and cook over low heat for 10 to 15 minutes.
Once cooked, place the fillets on the sauce and add the peppers you reserved as decoration.
