Homemade grill style pizza

A delicious and practical recipe for enjoying homemade grill-style pizza at home.

- 1 kg of flour
100 grams of margarine
50 g vegetable butter
An envelope of 11 grams of yeast
10 g of salt
120g sugar
650 milliliters of water
1/2 kilo of Oaxaca cheese
1/2 kilo of pork steak
250 g of sausage
A pinch of garlic powder
10 tablespoons soy sauce
10 whole black peppers
One tablespoon of oregano
1/2 kilo of tomato
“Grilled” seasoning, to taste (The TERANA product: TERANA Gourmet Mediterranean style)
1.Season the steaks with the soy sauce and garlic powder in one of the
pans.
2.In the other pan, fry the
sausage and remove excess fat.
3.For the pizza base, boil 1/2 kilo of tomato, once they boil, blend with the 10
peppers, garlic powder to taste and a tablespoon of oregano.
4.Put the tomato smoothie on the heat again, to
let it reduce a little.
5.To make the bread, put the flour on the table and leave a
hollow in the middle, add margarine (100 grams), vegetable butter (50
grams), a sachet of 11 grams of fresh yeast, salt (10 grams)
sugar, (120 grams).
6. Gradually add the 650 milliliters of warm water until making a dough of the same consistency.

7.Once all the ingredients are integrated, let it rest for 30 minutes.
8.Once 30 minutes have passed, you can cut your dough into two equal portions.
9.Spread one of the two parts of the dough with the rolling pin until you have
the desired size and place it on the pizza tray and thus the pizza base is obtained.
You will have to add the tomato sauce, add a little "parrilladas" seasoning (to taste), distribute the steak and the
sausage and a little more "parrilladas" seasoning
10.Put in the oven previously heated to 350 degrees Fahrenheit or 176 degrees Celsius.
