Vegan pride pizza

A delicious and practical recipe to enjoy vegan pride pizza at home.

● 1/2 teaspoon TERANA garlic powder ● 1/2 teaspoon TERANA oregano ● 1/2 teaspoon TERANA basil ● 350 grams of cauliflower ● 1 egg ● 30 grams of parmesan cheese ● 120 grams of low-fat mozzarella ● Pinch of salt ● 1 red onion, chopped ● 2 bell peppers, chopped (green and yellow) ● 1 broccoli ● A handful of cherry tomatoes ● 400 g of homemade tomato sauce ● Tin pineapple (2 wheels)
1.Preheat the oven to 180° C.
2.Shred the cauliflower with a food processor or cheese grater and cook in a saucepan for 5 minutes on high. Let it cool for a few minutes.
3.Use a kitchen towel to squeeze all the water out of the cauliflower.
4.Mix the cauliflower with the egg, garlic, parmesan cheese, mozzarella cheese, salt and TERANA spices.
5.Spread the resulting dough on a pizza tray and give it the shape you want.
6.Bake for 15 minutes until it looks a little golden.
7.Spread a little tomato sauce over the baked pasta, then the rest of the cheese and then the chopped vegetables and pineapple. Organize it forming a rainbow, remember that it is your “PRIDE PIZZA” or “PRIDE PIZZA”.
8.Bake again for 15 minutes until the cheese is melted and the edges are golden brown. Enjoy!.
