Chicken queen

A delicious and practical recipe to enjoy chicken queen at home.

Ingredients

● 1 teaspoon TERANA ground black pepper
● 1 cooked chicken in pieces
● 1 can of carnation milk
● 1 can of bell pepper
● ½ onion
● 2 cloves of garlic
● 1 can of chopped mushrooms
● 1 chipotle chili
● 1 stick of butter
● 1 tablespoon cornstarch
● Salt and broth to taste
● Coriander to decorate

1.Cook the chicken in water with salt, pepper, a piece of onion and 2 cloves of garlic.
2.Slowly melt the butter in a pan while you sauté it with the cornstarch, then remove from the heat and gradually add the carnation milk.
3.Again, place it on the heat and add the mushrooms and chopped bell pepper, consommé and chopped chipotle pepper.
4.Mix well and add the seasoned cooked chicken for about 10 minutes.
5.Serve and decorate with a little chopped cilantro
*Note: If the sauce feels too thick, you can add a little more broth.
