Middle Eastern flavored chicken

Ingredients

● 1 teaspoon TERANA thyme
● 1 teaspoon TERANA oregano
● TERANA ground black pepper
● 1 tablespoon of TERANA sesame seeds
● ½ teaspoon of TERANA ground cumin
● ½ teaspoon TERANA sweet paprika
● 6 boneless chicken thighs (small pieces)
● 3 cloves of garlic, pressed
● 60 ml extra virgin olive oil
● 2 lemons
● 250 g of natural Greek yogurt
● 200 g couscous
● ½ teaspoon salt

Preparation

1.Dry the chicken thighs with kitchen paper and remove any excess fat.
2.In a deep plate, mix 45 ml of extra virgin olive oil, the lemon zest and juice, and the garlic. (Reserve a little garlic for the yogurt).
3.Toast the sesame seeds in a frying pan and mix it with the thyme, oregano, ground cumin, salt and sweet paprika to give it color.
4.Mix all this very well with the chicken, cover it and let it rest in the refrigerator for half an hour.
5.Heat a frying pan and cook the chicken over high heat, leaving it golden on both sides.
6.For the sauce, mix the yogurt with two tablespoons of olive oil, the zest of the other lemon, the garlic, salt and pepper.
