Chicken curry with coconut and smoked paprika

- 4 chicken breasts - 1 can of coconut milk - 2 tablespoons of TERANA Indian-style curry powder - 1 teaspoon of TERANA sweet paprika - 1 teaspoon of TERANA ground cumin - 1 red onion - 2 garlic cloves - 1 tablespoon of olive oil - Salt and ground black pepper to taste - Fresh cilantro (optional)

1. Cut the chicken into medium-sized pieces. Season with salt, TERANA ground black pepper, TERANA Indian-style curry powder, TERANA sweet paprika, and TERANA ground cumin.
2. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil and sauté the chopped onion and garlic until golden.
3. Add the chicken and cook until browned all over.
4. Add the coconut milk and simmer for about 20 minutes, until the sauce thickens and the chicken is cooked.
5. Serve with basmati rice or quinoa and garnish with fresh cilantro.
