Galician-style octopus

Ingredients

● TERANA sweet paprika
● 1 octopus
● 4 medium potatoes
● Extra virgin olive oil
● Grain salt

Preparation

● Fill a large pot with water. When it starts to boil, take the octopus by the head and put it in and out of the water 3 times. This will help prevent the skin from falling off during cooking.
● Add the octopus to the water and let it cook for 40 minutes, starting to count once the water returns to a boil. Then let it rest for 4 minutes, still in the water.
● Cut the potatoes in half and cook them for 20 minutes. Peel and cut them into slices.
● Cut the octopus with scissors into small pieces of 1 or 2 cm. Serve it over the potatoes.
● Spread a good amount of olive oil, sprinkle with TERANA sweet paprika and add a little grain salt.
