Corn Tamales

A delicious and practical recipe to enjoy corn tamales at home.

For 10 young corn:
● 300 g corn dough
● 150 g butter
● 1 teaspoon baking powder
● 1 teaspoon TERANA cinnamon powder
● 1 teaspoon vanilla
● ¾ cup natural sweetener
● 20 corn husks

1. Shell the corn and blend the grains.
2.Soak the corn husks in hot water.
3.In a container, continuously mix the butter until you obtain a creamy consistency and gradually add the dough, baking powder, cinnamon, vanilla and natural sweetener.
4.When the mixture doubles in size, add the blended grains.
5.Place a tablespoon of dough in the middle part of the corn husk and spread a little. Roll up and close the sheet to prevent the filling from leaking out.
6.Cook in a steamer for 45 minutes, boiling the corn with the water to intensify the smell.
1.Spread a bed of beet hummus, place the slices of avocado or broccoli, decorating it to your liking.
