Ginger and turmeric cookies

Ingredients

The secret is in the mix: turmeric and ginger elevate your oatmeal cookies to another level of deliciousness.
- 3/4 cup oat flour
- 1 cup of whole oats (flakes)
- 1/4 cup coconut or canola oil
- 1/4 cup raisins or cranberries
- 1 egg
- 2 tablespoons of flaxseed
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon TERANA ginger powder
- 1 teaspoon TERANA turmeric powder
- 40 drops of stevia
- 1 teaspoon of TERANA ground cinnamon

Preparation

1. Preheat the oven. In a container, put the two tablespoons of flaxseed to soak with 5 tablespoons of water. Let it rest for 10 minutes.
2. In a container, mix the oat flour, oats, oil, TERANA ginger, TERANA turmeric, TERANA ground cinnamon, baking powder, soaked flaxseed, raisins and stevia drops.
3. Add the egg and mix well.
4. Put butter paper and add oil spray so they don't stick.
5. Make balls with the dough and then with the help of a spoon make the cookies.
6. Bake between 15 and 20 minutes at 180ºC. Wait for them to cool and enjoy!
