Healthy apple donuts
Ingredients
🍎👩🏻🏫👨🏻🏫On this Teacher's Day, give your favorite teachers some delicious healthy apple donuts.
● 80 g applesauce
● 2 eggs
● 125 g Greek yogurt
● 2 tablespoons agave syrup or other sweetener
● 80 g oat flour
● 30 g almond flour
● 5 g yeast
● 1 tablespoon of TERANA ground cinnamon
Preparation
1.Stir all the ingredients and place the mixture in your donut molds.
2.Put them in your air fryer for 12 minutes at 160ºC or in the microwave for 2.5 minutes.
3.When they come out, you can put more cinnamon or a little yogurt on top.

To enhance the natural flavor of food
Cinnamon is the most common spice for making puddings, cakes, muffins, and cookies.
Sprinkle some mozcada walnut on beef, fish or chicken dishes, also on top of whipped cream, custard, custards and puddings.
