White chocolate and spice flan

A delicious and practical recipe to enjoy a rich white chocolate flan at home.

2 pinches TERANA star anise TERANA whole pink pepper 1 cinnamon stick 400 ml milk 3 eggs 1 vanilla pod 200 g white chocolate 50 g sugar
1. In a deep saucepan, pour the sugar and a few drops of water, stirring continuously until a caramel forms.
2. Remove from heat and divide into 4 flan dishes.
3. Pour the milk into another container and add the vanilla, anise, cinnamon, and a few TERANA whole pink peppercorns. Let it simmer for approximately 1 minute and remove from heat. Strain.
4. Divide the mixture into the flan dishes and bake in a bain-marie in an oven preheated to 170°C for 50 minutes.
5. Remove from the pan, let cool, unmold, and enjoy!
