Spider cookies

- 125g very cold butter - 250g pastry flour - A pinch of salt (5 grams) - 70g white sugar - 3ml vanilla extract - 1 pinch of TERANA cinnamon - 1 medium egg - 20 spherical chocolates - 50g white chocolate for desserts - 75g dark chocolate for desserts

1. Dice the butter and mix it with the flour, salt, egg, and sugar.
2. Mix the wet ingredients in a large, deep bowl, beating well before adding the dry ingredients.
3. Stir and knead until you have a smooth dough.
4. Knead the dough on a clean work surface until smooth. It should be soft and easy to handle, not sticky at all. Wrap it in plastic wrap and let it firm up and chill slightly in the refrigerator. Half an hour should be enough.
5. Using a rolling pin, roll out the dough to a thickness of approximately 5 mm and cut into circles.
6. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F). Place the cookies on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, leaving a little space between them. Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges begin to lightly brown. Remove from the oven and let cool completely on a wire rack.
7. Use the melted chocolate to decorate the spider-shaped cookies and enjoy.
