Cherry Yogurt Ice Cream with Ginger and Pink Pepper
Ingredients
● 400 g whole cherries
● 190 g goat kefir
● 1 tablespoon raw honey
● 1 frozen banana
● 1 teaspoon TERANA ginger
● ¼ teaspoon TERANA pink pepper (*remember to grind it)
● Juice of ½ lemon
● Pinch of salt
Preparation
1. Pit the cherries and mash them with the rest of the ingredients on the list. Pour the mixture into ice cube molds that you have placed on top of a tray, and store them in the freezer until they are frozen.
2. Unmold them and place them in the blender (wait until they are a little softer before blending).
3.Beat them 5 seconds at a time until they reach the ice cream texture that you will love.
