A reinvented classic! Enjoy these spiced banana and walnut muffins, an explosion of flavor perfect for any occasion.
- 3 ripe bananas, mashed
- 2 cups of wheat flour
- ½ cup brown sugar
- 2 eggs
- ¼ cup olive oil
- ½ cup of milk
- ½ cup chopped walnuts
- 1 teaspoon of TERANA ground cinnamon
- TERANA ground ginger to taste
- TERANA ground nutmeg to taste
1. Preheat the oven to 180° C.
2. In a large bowl, mix the mashed bananas, wheat flour, brown sugar, eggs, olive oil, milk, chopped walnuts, cinnamon, ginger powder and nutmeg.
3. Pour the mixture into greased or muffin paper-lined muffin cups.
4. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
