🍿Are you already on vacation? Sitting on the couch watching your favorite series and movies...why not give your popcorn a SPECIAL touch with this recipe? 🇲🇽 TERANA Mexican Spiced Popcorn - 1/2 cup popcorn kernels - 2 tablespoons vegetable oil (such as canola or sunflower) - 1 teaspoon TERANA ground chile de árbol - 1/2 teaspoon TERANA ground cumin - 1/4 teaspoon TERANA sweet paprika - Salt to taste
1. Heat the oil: Heat the oil in a large pot over medium heat.
2. Add the corn: Pour the kernels into the pot and cover with the lid.
3. Wait for them to pop: Shake the pot occasionally until you hear the kernels popping. Once the popping has decreased significantly, remove the pot from the heat.
4. Prepare the spice mix: In a small bowl, mix the TERANA ground chile de árbol pepper, TERANA ground cumin, TERANA sweet paprika, and salt.
5. Season the popcorn: Pour the freshly popped corn into a large bowl and sprinkle the spice mix over the top. Stir gently to evenly coat all the popcorn.
