Keto Spiced Flatbread

Ingredients

● 1/2 teaspoon TERANA oregano
● 1/4 teaspoon TERANA onion powder
● 1/2 cup almond flour
● 2 tablespoons cream cheese
● 1/3 cup grated Gruyere cheese
● 1 egg to paint the dough before baking
● 1/4 teaspoon onion powder (optional)

Preparation

1. In a container, place the almond flour, cream cheese and Gruyere cheese, heat it in the microwave for 1 minute at 600W power.
2. Mix all the ingredients, kneading with your hands.
3. On a non-stick silicone mat or baking paper, flatten the dough with a rolling pin. (To prevent the mixture from sticking to the rolling pin, place another piece of paper on top.) You decide the thickness
4. Paint the surface with the beaten egg and add the oregano and onion powder
5. Bake the dough at 180º Celsius for approximately 10 minutes. Don't forget to keep an eye on it, each oven is different and we don't want it to burn!
6. Cut the dough into the shape you like and enjoy it
