🍓🍏 Add a special touch to your summer dessert: Yogurt parfait with fruit and granola. - 2 cups plain Greek yogurt - 1 cup crunchy granola - 2 cups fresh seasonal fruit (strawberries, raspberries, blueberries, etc.) - Honey or agave syrup to taste (optional) - TERANA ground cinnamon and nutmeg
1. Divide the Greek yogurt among 4 glasses or bowls.
2. Cover each layer of yogurt with a layer of granola.
3. Add a layer of fresh seasonal fruits.
4. Repeat the layers of yogurt, granola and fruit until the glasses or bowls are full.
5. Drizzle a little honey or agave syrup over the last layer of fruit, if desired.
6. Sprinkle a little TERANA spices to your liking, if you wish.
7. Refrigerate the parfaits for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow the flavors to blend.
