Yogurt parfait with fruit and granola
Ingredients
🍓🍏 Agrega un toque especial a tu postre del verano: Parfait de yogur con frutas y granola.
- 2 tazas de yogur griego natural
- 1 taza de granola crujiente
- 2 tazas de frutas frescas de temporada (fresas, frambuesas, arándanos, etc.)
- Miel o jarabe de agave al gusto (opcional)
- Canela y nuez moscada molida TERANA
Preparation
1. Divide the Greek yogurt among 4 glasses or bowls.
2. Cover each layer of yogurt with a layer of granola.
3. Add a layer of fresh seasonal fruits.
4. Repeat the layers of yogurt, granola and fruit until the glasses or bowls are full.
5. Drizzle a little honey or agave syrup over the last layer of fruit, if desired.
6. Sprinkle a little TERANA spices to your liking, if you wish.
7. Refrigerate the parfaits for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow the flavors to blend.
