Banana cake without oven

A delicious and practical recipe to enjoy no-bake banana cake at home.

● 1 teaspoon TERANA ground cardamom
● 3 peeled bananas
● 4 eggs
● 4 tablespoons of sugar
● 15 pieces of cashew nuts
● 15 pieces of raisins
● 2 tablespoons ghee
1.Crush the bananas until you obtain a puree.
2.Heat the ghee in a non-stick pan and fry the cashews and raisins separately until they turn golden brown. Booking.
3.In the same bread and with the remaining ghee, add the mashed banana and mix it well. Remove and let the bread cool.
4.In a deep plate, place the eggs, sugar and ground cardamom, mixing until well incorporated.
5.Pour this mixture into the bread where you have the mashed banana and mix.
6.On top of your mixture, arrange the cashews and raisins.
7.Cover the bread and cook over a very low flame for 20 minutes.
