We continue with the fruit desserts! Now we surprise you with a recipe for caramelized bananas. ● 8 very ripe bananas ● 250 g of honey ● 1 cinnamon stick ● 1 TERANA star anise ● 100 g butter ● 1 liter of vanilla ice cream
1.Peel the bananas and cut them in half.
2.Prepare the syrup by putting the honey in ½ cup of water with the cinnamon and TERANA star anise.
3.Place the banana halves in an iron skillet and cover with a generous tablespoon of the syrup and butter.
4.Cover the pan and steam for about 1 hour.
5.Serve the bananas directly in the pan (wait for them to cool a little), add a little more of the syrup and a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
