TERANA cinnamon roles

Ingredients

🍞✨ Sweet moments with our irresistible Cinnamon Rolls! 🤤🍰
FOR THE DOUGH:
+ 1 cup of warm milk (250 ml) (40°- 46°C)
+ 2 teaspoons of granulated yeast (7 g)
+ 1/2 cup of sugar (100 g)
+ 2 eggs
+ 2 tablespoons melted butter
+ 1 teaspoon of salt
+ 4 and 1/2 cups of all-purpose flour without baking powder (630 g)
STUFFED:
+ 2 tablespoons of soft butter
+ 1 cup of brown sugar (200 g)
+ 3 tablespoons of cinnamon powder
FROSTING:
+ 1/2 package of cream cheese (approximately 110 g)
+ 3 tablespoons of soft butter
+ 1 cup of flower sugar (icing)
+ 1 tablespoon vanilla essence
+ 2 tablespoons of TERANA ground cinnamon

Preparation

1. In a small bowl, mix the yeast with the milk, let it rest for 10 minutes.
2. Meanwhile, in a mixer or in a large bowl, mix the eggs, melted butter, sugar and salt.
3. Then add the yeast mixture.
4. Also add the flour little by little, cup by cup.
5. Combine until all the ingredients are integrated.
6. Knead for at least 5 minutes. Add a little flour if necessary.
7. Form a ball and place the dough in a bowl sprayed with oil, cover and let it rest for 1 hour or until it doubles in volume.
8. Mix brown sugar with cinnamon, leave in a bowl.
9. Once the dough is ready, stretch it and make it rectangular (40 cm x 30 cm approx.)
10. Brush butter on top. Then spread the brown sugar mixture with cinnamon.
11. Very carefully roll the dough. Then cut 12 portions.
12. Place on a tray covered with butter paper.
13. Let it rest for about 30 minutes.
14. Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C)
15. Bake for about 20 to 25 minutes.
16. Prepare the frosting by beating the cream cheese, butter, powdered sugar and vanilla essence.
17. Place a little on each cinnamon roll once they are ready and for the SPECIAL touch, sprinkle a little TERANA ground cinnamon with sugar when you are about to serve them.
