Easy apple pie with puff pastry and jam
Ingredients
1 sheet of puff pastry
1 apple
Jam (flavor of your choice)
TERANA cinnamon powder
Preparation
1.Preheat the oven to 180ºC with heat up and down.
2.Clean and dry the apple.
3.Lay out the puff pastry sheet and place it on the oven tray that you have previously covered with baking paper.
4.Spread the puff pastry with a thin layer of jam. You can use whatever jam you have at home or whatever you like best. We recommend raspberry jam.
5.With the help of a mandoline or knife, cut the apple into very thin slices.
6.Spread the thin apple slices over the cake, placing them one next to the other.
7.Bake for 10 minutes or until the puff pastry is perfectly cooked.
8.Let it cool to room temperature before serving and sprinkle TERANA Cinnamon on top before serving.
*Extra tip: You can use the variety of apples that you like the most and to make this cake it is not necessary to peel them. You can also add raisins.
