Mango yogurt smoothie
Ingredients
● 2 g ground cardamom TERANA
● 1 pitted mango
● 5 ice cubes
● 250 g Greek yogurt
● 2 ml of lemon juice (juice)
● 1 g saffron
● Sugar to taste
● Milk to taste
Preparation
If you are looking for a refreshing drink, this mango yogurt recipe (also known as “lassi” in India) is an excellent option and will become a popular drink to prepare at home in times of heat (or cravings). 1.Add the mango, ice cubes, Greek yogurt, cardamom and lemon juice to the blender.
2.Check the texture and sweetness and add sugar, milk and water to taste. Mix well again and serve immediately with a few strands of saffron.
