TERANA special chocolate
Ingredients
The cold is already beginning to feel, and with it the craving for warm drinks to accompany our nights.
Prepare this Hot Chocolate with TERANA Spices and feel a warm feeling in your heart:
500 ml of milk (can be skimmed)
100 g of sugar (½ cup)
300 g dark chocolate bar for desserts
1 tsp TERANA ground cinnamon
2 pinches of ground TERANA cloves
2 pinches of TERANA ground nutmeg
1 pinch of TERANA ground black pepper
Preparation
1. Put a saucepan on the heat with the milk and sugar to start making the spiced chocolate.
2. When the milk begins to heat up, add the chopped chocolate and stir to dissolve. Let it cook slowly and stir from time to time, except at the end, when it starts to thicken, when you will have to stir it more often so it doesn't stick.
3. When it is thick to your liking, remove from the heat and add the TERANA spices. Stir, let it rest for a few minutes and it will be ready to serve.
Extra tip: The next day, the TERANA spiced chocolate will be the same or better, since the flavor of the spices is a little stronger.
