Eggnog
Ingredients
Without a doubt, the star spice at Christmas is cinnamon, its warm fragrance increases serotonin levels and promotes well-being.

Preparation
1.Heat the milk and whipping cream in a pot without letting it boil; while mixing the sugar, the yolks. the salt, and ¼ cup of the hot milk, beat and return everything to the pot.
2.Cook over medium-low heat for 10 minutes, stirring constantly to prevent the mixture from sticking to the pot.
3.Pour the egg whites into a grease-free baking dish, add six tablespoons of sugar little by little; beat until soft peaks form; booking.
4.Add the nutmeg, vanilla essence, brandy, cinnamon and the beaten egg whites; beat until everything is well incorporated.
5.Refrigerate the eggnog until ready to serve.
Tip: Highlight the flavor even more by adding powdered ginger, cloves or cardamom. 👌🏼
