Vermouth

Vermouth

Ingredients

● 1 teaspoon TERANA sage
● 2 TERANA cloves
● 1 liter of white wine or red wine
● 1 and ½ teaspoons of wormwood
● 1 tablespoon chamomile leaves
● 3 cinnamon sticks
● A few sprigs of cilantro
● The peel of an orange and that of a lemon
● ½ teaspoon gentian
● 3 tablespoons of sugar

Preparation

1.Place the wine in a large container and add half of all the spices.
2.Then peel the orange and lemon and add them to the wine.
3.Cover the container and let it macerate for 3 days, after this time strain the wine.
4.Place it back in the container (which you will have already washed well) and add the other half of the spices, then add the sugar. (Add it according to your taste).
5. Cover again and let it marinate for 15 days, strain again and pour into bottles.

Tip: accompany your vermouth with olives and invite your friends to try it.
