Chocolate and cinnamon brownie

- 200g dark chocolate - 100g butter - 2 eggs - 100g brown sugar - 100g flour - 1 teaspoon TERANA ground cinnamon - 1/2 teaspoon TERANA ground nutmeg - 1 pinch of salt - 50g chopped walnuts
1. Melt the chocolate and butter together in a double boiler.
2. In a bowl, beat the eggs with the brown sugar until foamy.
3. Add the melted chocolate mixture, then the flour, TERANA ground cinnamon, TERANA ground nutmeg, and a pinch of salt.
4. Add the chopped walnuts and mix well.
5. Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish and bake at 180°C for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted comes out with some crumbs attached.
6. Let cool before cutting into pieces and serving.
